manufactured by China Harzone Industry Corp., Ltd. 60ft bridge are
Single-single construction, and the 90ft bridge are Double-Single
Reinforced 2 (DSR2) construction according to the request made by
the owner. We provide the all the components except the launching
tools.

for 50t Tracked Load are monolithic unit welded in the factory and
assembled by panel pin on the construction site, and the main
structures are assembled according with the request of span and
loading. The hole to hole distance of panel is 3048mm, and the
height is 1448mm. the material of up and down chord is 10# slot
steel and the middle is 8# slot steel.

nose, roller, rock roller, joint, bolt and various spanners. The
max loading of roller is 25t and the rock roller id 6t. The nose is
netlike structure assembled by bridge components (not offered in
this project).

Harzone Industry was built in 1967, one of the subsidiary units of China State Shipbuilding Corporation Limited(CSSC), a state-owned and protected military company. Over the past four
decades, the leaders of both the Party and nation have been caring
for the growth of the company. Chairman Mao underlined the
documents for the factory establishment. Later, ZhangAiping., one
General, and Chen Shiju, one commander, inscribed name for the
company. In 2008, Mr. He Guoqiang, Standing Committee of Political
Bureau of CPC Central Committee, Secrrtary of the Discipline
Inspection Commission of CPC Central Committee had paid a visit to
the company and inspected the workshop and saw the erection of the
mechanized bridge, who also encouraged the company to develope
well.
Righe now, the company has one research center in Wuhan, which is
the national degree, one trading center in Beijing, one
manufactuing center in Chibi, three offices in Gana, Ethiopia and
Peru.
